These are nice three level townhomes that are adjacent to a park.  Each townhome has a eat-in kitchen, large deck, newer windows and finished basement with washer and dryer hook-ups.  There are two assigned parking spaces for each townhome. The tenant is responsible for paying all of the utilities (gas, water and electric).
