Yes, a $350 move in fee is required for rentals and is non-refundable.
Yes, we can hold an apartment with a paid move in fee for no more than 30 days.
Leases are required for all rentals. We only offer twelve month leases.
The tenant must give a written 30 day notice to vacate and agrees to continue to pay rent until the apartment is re-rented or the lease expires. If a rent special was applied to your account at move-in, this amount will also be included in your lease breakage fees.
Automatic charges if you have lived in the apartment for LESS THAN 12 MONTHS:
Carpet cleaning for 1-bedroom apartment: $120
Carpet cleaning for 2-bedroom apartment: $240
Carpet cleaning for 3-bedroom apartment/townhouse: $300
Painting and cleaning charges will be assessed based on the type of service required.
No appointment is necessary to view one of our rentals. Just stop by our leasing office located at 912 N Linden St. Bloomington IL 61701. We will make a copy of your photo ID and check out keys to you so you can go check out the rental on your own. Keys must be returned within 24 hours. Can't pick up keys? Give our office a call at 309-827-8576.
Our rentals are first come, first serve and can't be held for more than 30 days. When current tenants leave they must give us a 30 day written notice therefore we recommend protential residents to look 30-45 days in advance.
Yes, we do ask for proof of renter's insurance.
