Submit Maintenance Request

All maintenance requests can also be submitted by calling into the Apartment Mart leasing office during our normal office hours at (309) 827-8576.

Please keep in mind if this is not an emergency it could take up to 48 hours to be contacted by a member of our maintenance team.  For maintenance requests submitted on Saturday or Sunday you will be contacted the following week as we only tend to emergencies on the weekends.

Our maintenance team will not enter a rental until they speak to the resident first unless it is deemed a life-threatening emergency or waiting will cause further damage to a rental.

Apartment Mart provides 24 hour service to all residents in the event of an emergency.  If it is after our normal office hours and it is an emergency please contact (309) 827-8579 for immediate service.

Emergency Situations could be considered any of the following:

• No heat or a/c
• Broken or frozen pipes
• Electrical problems
• Clogged drains that don’t plunge free
• Lock-outs ($75.00 charge)
• Health threatening situations
