These townhomes have three levels of spacious rooms.  Each townhome has a private entrance, fireplace, deck and central air conditioning.  The living room, eat in kitchen and half bath are on the main floor.  The two bedrooms, full bath and small den are on the top floor.  There are hook-ups for a washer and dryer in the finished basement.  There are two parking spaces per unit.  The tenant is responsible for paying all of the utilities (gas, water and electric).
