Wingover is our newest apartment complex.  These apartments and townhomes are designed to give maximum comfort, style and convenience.  All of the townhomes include an electric fireplace, central air conditioning, walk-in closets and patio.  The living room, eat-in kitchen and half bath are on the first floor.  Two of the bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the second floor.  The washer and dryer are also on the second floor.  The finished basement has a rec room, bedroom and full bathroom.  Some of the townhomes include an assigned one car garage space.  Those units rent for $1825.

The complex offers the following amenities: clubhouse for meetings and parties, swimming pool, fitness center, putting green and a pond that is stocked with fish.  The tenant is responsible for paying the electric and water.  High speed internet is available for an additional $35 a month.
