IAA Drive has a nice courtyard between the two buildings, A and B.  These apartments are located close to shopping and dining.  Each apartment features a private entrance, wall unit air conditioner, gas heat, and a patio or balcony.  The laundry room for the property is located in building A.  There is only one assigned parking space for each apartment and guest parking is limited.  All utilities, gas, water and electric, are paid for the studio apartment.
