The Clearwater apartments are very spacious. Each apartment has 1100 square feet and features a eat in kitchen, gas fireplace, walk-in closets, ceiling fans and patio or balcony. The third floor apartments have a vaulted ceiling. There is an exercise room on site and off street parking is provided. The tenant is responsible for paying all utilities (gas, water and electric).
