These townhomes have three levels of spacious rooms.  Each townhome has a private entrance, fireplace, deck and central air conditioning.  The living room, eat-in kitchen and half bath are on the main floor.  The two bedrooms and full bath are on the top floor.  There are hook-ups for a washer and dryer in the finished basement.  There are two parking spaces per unit.  The tenant is responsible for paying all of the utilities (gas, water and electric).
